Alexandra Rudnai Sands welcomes you to R S Consulting, a general consultancy service created to provide full, comprehensive information and assistance concerning all matters related to purchasing, selling, renting, living and working in Spain, on the Costa Blanca and in the area covered by R S Consulting.

If you are thinking of moving to this area, of purchasing a property or renting here, of setting up in business here or simply purchasing a holiday home, the process of doing so will be much easier and less stressful when you are armed with all the information you need.

Ideally, information should be sought before making any decisions, but it is never too late to obtain it. The principle reason for seeking assistance in the fore mentioned matters is in most cases that the client does not speak Spanish or not well enough to fully understand. My job is to ensure that the client does fully understand, feels confident and in control, and that there is a team of professionals on hand to deal with whatever matters he or she may need assistance with.
